Box Score 1 | Box Score 2 PITTSBURGH, PA- The Chatham University Softball team split a pair of games against Hiram College on Thursday night. The Cougars were defeated 6-3 in the first game, coming back to win 4-3 in the nightcap. Chatham improves to 3-11 overall for the season.
 
In the first game, Elizabeth Doman, Natalie Vazquez, and Jenn Stefano each recorded one run to lead the Cougar offense. Vazquez tallied an RBI, while Olivia Traini went 2-3 at the plate with an RBI. Leigha Pehrson pitched a complete game, taking the loss.
 
In the nightcap, Abby Maier, Elise Zavadak, Traini, and Stefano combined for four runs to secure the win. Ashley Lamb, Stefano, and Zavadak each grabbed an RBI, while Traini pitched a complete game, taking the win.
 
The Cougars will return to the field Tuesday, April 2 for an away double header against Saint Vincent College. Game times are set for 3:30pm and 5:30pm.
