CHATHAM BASKETBALL CAMP

Ages 7-14 | Grades 2nd- 9th

Improve your skills, learn offensive and defensive fundamentals, compete, and have fun with the Players and Coaches of Chatham University Men's Basketball team. This boys-only summer 2026 camp provides a fun and encouraging environment for players of all skill levels to refine their current abilities and develop new techniques to stay ahead of the competition. This Complete Skills Camp helps players develop, refine fundamental basketball skills and enhance their skill set no matter their age, caliber or skillset. We provide a learning environment with a 10:1 staff to camper ratio to ensure kids get individualized attention and detailed breakdowns.

Highlights Include:

Fundamental skill development with an emphasis on becoming a better shooter, passer, and ball handler

Daily emphasis on individual development, team play, and more

Camper drop-off is 8:30AM-9:00AM and pickup is 3:00PM-3:15PM. 

Swim time may be offered but is not guaranteed based on facilities and availability.

COUGAR BASKETBALL CAMP

Ages 4-14 | Grades Pre-K to 8th

The Chatham Cougar Basketball Camp philosophy and goals are to help youth basketball players learn the game of basketball in a fun-filled environment. Our camp is designed to teach the fundamentals and skills of the game of basketball while promoting teamwork, leadership and good sportsmanship. Many of our sessions will involve 1 player -1 ball to maximize repetitions and keep children engaged. Each day will consist of new technical training followed by fun games where your child can practice their newfound skills! We welcome all levels of skill and campers will be divided into groups based on age and ability.

Camper drop-off is between 8:30 and 9:00 AM and pickup is between 3:00 and 3:15 PM.
Swim time may be offered but is not guaranteed based on facilities and availability

COUGARS SOCCER CAMP

08/03/2026 - 08/07/2026   M - F, 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Ages 4-14 | Grades Pre-K to 8th

The Chatham Cougar Soccer Camp philosophy and goals are to help youth soccer players learn the game of soccer in a fun-filled environment. Our camp is designed to teach the fundamentals and skills of the game of soccer while promoting teamwork, leadership and good sportsmanship. Many of our sessions will involve 1 player -1 ball to maximize touches and keep children engaged. Each day will consist of new technical training followed by fun games where your child can practice their new found skills! We welcome all levels of skill and campers will be divided into groups based on age and ability.


Camper drop-off is between 8:30 and 9:00 AM and pickup is between 3:00 and 3:15 PM.
Swim time may be offered but is not guaranteed based on facilities and availability.

Daily lunch is included in the registration fee and every camper will receive a camp shirt.

LACROSSE

Chatham Men's Lacrosse Youth Boy's Camp

Boys 

The premier Youth Lacrosse instructional summer camp in the Pittsburgh area held on the beautiful and historic Shadyside campus of Chatham University. This is a great opportunity to develop and refine your skills with high level instruction from college coaches and players.  Our goal is to create an environment of learning, fun, and growth for the love of the game that allows for improved skills to emerge for every camper.  Don't miss out on a chance to elevate your game!  Areas of focus will be:

  • 1 on 1 player development with positional focus.
  • Team concepts for improved lacrosse IQ.
  • Small sided games and Skills competitions. 
  • Athletic training development conducive to the game of Lacrosse.
  • Offensive and Defensive competitive gameplay.

Necessary equipment:

Stick / Helmet / Gloves / Arm Pads / Shoulder Pads / Cleats and Shoes / Mouth Piece / Water Bottle / Throat and Chest protector for Goalies. 

Camper drop-off is between 8:30 and 9:00 AM and pickup is between 3:00 and 3:15 PM. (12:00 PM - 12:15 PM pickup for Half Day campers)

SWIMMING

08/13/2026 - 08/16/2026   M - F, 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM

9:00AM-11:30AM (12-18) ; 12:30PM-3:00PM (11 and Under)

Ages 5-11 (in the afternoon) 12-18 (in the morning)

Dive into three exciting days of learning, movement, and fun at our 3-Day Cougars Swim Clinic, designed for swimmers ages 5–18 (must still be in high school) of all skill levels—from beginners building confidence in the water to competitive swimmers refining race skills. Campers must be able to complete at least a 25 of each stroke, and a 50 free without assistance or stopping. 12 and Over Campers will attend the morning session while 11 and Under campers will attend the afternoon session

Each day will feature age- and ability-based groupings to ensure swimmers receive instruction that is safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate. Campers will work with experienced, passionate Chatham Coaches and Student Athletes in a positive and encouraging environment that emphasizes both skill development and a love for the sport. 

What Swimmers Will Learn:

  • Stroke fundamentals & refinement for all four competitive strokes
  • Starts, turns, and finishes
  • Body position, balance, and efficient technique
  • Age-appropriate endurance, speed, and skill work
  • Race skills and confidence-building

Camp Highlights:

  • Small group instruction with individualized feedback
  • Daily in-water skill progressions and drills
  • Fun games, relays, and friendly competitions
  • Focus on safety, sportsmanship, and teamwork
  • High-energy, supportive atmosphere for all swimmers

 

Whether your child is new to the pool or looking to take their swimming to the next level, this 3-Day Swim Clinic is a great opportunity to learn, grow, and have fun in the water. Swimmers should bring a suit, cap, goggles, towel, water bottle, their equipment bag, and a great attitude!

12 and Over Camper drop off 8:30am-9:00am, Camper Pick Up 11:30am-11:45am

11 and Under Camper drop off 12:00pm-12:30pm, Camper Pick up 3:00pm-3:15pm
