Box Score 1 | Box Score 2 TUCSON, AZ- The Chatham University Softball team ended the Tucson Invitational with a pair of losses against Trinity University and Alfred University on Friday. The Cougars lost 12-2 to Trinity University in the day's opener and fell 15-0 in five innings to Alfred University in the nightcap. Chatham left the invitational with a 0-10 overall record.
 
Against Trinity University, Jenn Stefano led the Cougars with one run and a double. Ashley Lamb went 1-2 at the plate with an RBI, while Abby Maier grabbed an RBI groundout. Leigha Pehrson pitched a complete game, taking the loss.
 
In the closing game against Alfred University, Stefano tallied a triple, the only Chatham hit, while Olivia Traini pitched a complete game, taking the loss. 
 
The Cougars will come back Wednesday, March 20 for an away double header against Franciscan University. Game times are set for 3:30pm and 5:30pm.
