TRAFFORD, Pa. - On Monday, the Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) released its weekly award winners for Week 7 of the 2025 regular season.

Sierra Ricci was awarded PAC Defensive Player of the Week for the second time this season after two outstanding performances led the Cougars' to a 2-0 week.
On Wednesday at Bethany, Ricci recorded 18 digs and served up 6 aces in Chatham's 3-0 victory. Then on Saturday in the Cougars' five-set win over Westminster, Ricci racked up a career-high 49 digs, 7 assists and another ace to help Chatham reach 7-1 in PAC play.
The Shaler Area graduate continues to pace NCAA Division III with 7.48 digs per set so far in 2025. A Division III player has not averaged more than 7 digs per set across a full season since 2018.
Ricci and the Cougars will look to build on their 12-3 overall record at Franciscan's Finnegan Fieldhouse on Tuesday night.
