Box Score Pittsburgh, Pa. – (1/17/2015) – The Chatham University basketball team hosted Waynesburg University in a PAC conference game. The Cougars battled the Yellow Jackets early, leading the contest 28-25 into the half.
The Yellow Jackets jumped back into the lead midway into the second half 45-38, with 11:11 remaining in the game. The cougars would continue to fight in the second half as they did all afternoon. The game would be locked up at 59-59 with 1:12 remaining, before the Cougars closed out on a 5-0 run to win the game 64-59.
Chatham's was lead by First year guard
Megan Sieg (Pittsburgh, Pa.) put up 15 points, earning two steals and two assist. junior guard
Rachel McClain (Hollidaysburg, Pa.) and Sophomore guard
Jessica Manfredi (Jefferson Hills, Pa.) tallied eight points each. McClain would also add an assist and three blocks while Manfredi added six assist and and two steals.

Anna Shashura (Deemston, Pa.) chipped in with 10 points and a steal. Sophomore forward
Jesse Hinkle (Jefferson Hills, Pa.) led all Cougars with 11 rebounds on the day.
Sophomore guard
Dana Eastman (Murrysville, Pa.) helped in the winning effort with nine points, shooting 3-6 from the field. Eastman also collected three rebounds.

Chatham will return to PAC Conference play when they host nationally ranked #2 Thomas More, Wednesday January 21, 2015 at 5:30 p.m.
