PITTSBURGH, Pa. – On Monday, D3hoops.com released its All-Region selections for the 2025-26 Women's Basketball season.
Chatham forward
Madison Nereu was an All-Region Second Team selection for Region 7, becoming the second player in program history to earn All-Region honors.
Nereu was named PAC Player of the Year after averaging 18.4 points, 9.4 rebounds, 3.4 assists and 2.2 steals per game in 25 games. Her 187 made field goals were the most in a season in program history and ranked first in the conference. An All-PAC First Team selection in 2025-26, the Cary, N.C. native was also named to the PAC All-Tournament Team after averaging 17.5 points, 8 rebounds, 3.5 assists and 3.5 steals in the Cougars' two contests.
