Box Score Pittsburgh, Pa. – (11/22/2014) – The Chatham University hockey team faced conference rival Buffalo State yesterday, losing to the Bengals 3-1. The loss drops the Cougars record to 2-4 on the season.

Jenny Jones (Kemersville, NC.) scored the first goal of the contest (:50) unassisted, striking early against Buffalo State. Cougars with multiple shots on goal included sophomore forward
McKenzie Haskins (Anchorage, AK) leading Chatham with 3, and junior forward
Katrina Hawkins (Powell River, BC) who earned 2.
Senior goaltender
Megan Buchanan (Stittsville, Ont.) faced 16 shots from the Bengals during the game. Jones went 5 for 13 on face-offs won, while sophomore forward
Erika Martin (Fairbanks, AK) went an impressive 9 for 14. The Cougars went 0-4 on Power Play opportunities.
Chatham will host Buffalo State again at the McKnight Hockey Center on Sunday November 23, 2014 at 1:00 p.m.
