Cougars Fall to Oswego State 4-0

Box Score FOX CHAPEL, PA – The Chatham University Ice Hockey team dropped a 4-0 decision to visiting ECAC-West rival Oswego State on Saturday. Chatham suffered their first conference loss and now sits at 2-3-2 overall (2-1-0 ECAC-West). Oswego improves to 5-1-1 overall and 3-1-1 in the conference.

Oswego scored two power play goals in the third period and a shorthanded goal in the second period. Melissa Seamont had a goal and two assists for the Lakers.

Morgan Becer led the Cougars with three shots, while Jenny Jones had two. Tara Treloar played all 60 minutes in net, making 24 saves on 28 shots faced.

The two teams face-off again tomorrow, Sunday, November 24 at 1:00pm at the Roy McKnight Hockey Center.
