MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – Track and Field continued their strong play on Friday, for day two of the PAC Championship. The women's team finished 12th (7 pts) overall in the 2026 edition, and the men's team earned a 12th (4 pts) finish.
Seth Sager was the highest-finishing Cougar on day two, earning 6th place in the men's high jump. Smith set a school record score of 1.81m. Julien Collyer, Max Rollins, Demetrius Broadnax, and Damarius Day earned an 8th-place finish in the men's 4x100m relay competition. Max Rollins rounds out the top finishers for the men's team, finishing 15th in the men's long jump.
On the women's side, Najiya Smith continued her strong performance over the past few days. Smith earned a 7th-place finish in the women's high jump and followed it up with a 13th-place finish in the women's long jump. Sarah Yannayon earned a personal best score of 34.66m in the women's discus, good for 8th place. Wrapping up the day for the Cougars was Eliana Borne. Borne earned 10th and 16th place showing respectively, in the 1500m and 800m races.
