Cougars Fall Against Tomcats in Final Game of the Season

Box Score 1 | Box Score 2 PITTSBURGH PA - The Chatham Softball team played against Thiel for the final game of the season.

In game one, The Cougars fell 4-0, getting 1-hit by Tomcat pitcher Becca Landis. Hannah Chenault recorded the only Cougar hit, a double, going 1/3 on the day. Victoria Murren threw for the Cougars, going 3 innings, letting up 3 runs off 3 hits and collected 3 strikeouts. Sheaden Berkson pitched the final 3 innings, she let up 1 run off 4 hits and struckout 1 Tomcat batter.

In game two, the Cougars were 1-hit again 8-0, with Cloe Lopez recording the only Chatham hit. Josie Underdonk started on the mound. She pitched through 3 innings with 7 runs on 6 hits and 1 strikeout. Berkson pitched .2 innings with 1 run off 3 hits before Delaney Simerly closed out the game on the mound.

The Cougars end the season 14-26 Overall and 6-14 in PAC play.
