Cougars Split Against Bearcats

Box Score 1 | Box Score 2 PITTSBURGH PA - The Cougs took on the Saint Vincent Bearcats in a PAC double header.

In game one, Chatham was victorious 10-5. Irene Martin, Anna Borst, Josie Underdonk and Hannah Chenault all went 2/4 to bolster the Cougar's offense. Martin and Victoria Murren both hit doubles, with Murren's scoring 3 insurance runs in the bottom of the 6th. Murren was the winner on the bump, going all 7 innings. She let up 5 runs off 5 hits and grabbed 5 strikeouts.

In game two, the Cougs fell to the Bearcats 5-0. Irene Martin went 2/4 with a double. Hannah Chenault went 2/2 with Chelsea Stabile and Delaney Cole going 1/3. Josie Underdonk started in the circle going 5 innings, letting up 5 runs off 10 hits. 

The Cougars are now 12-22 overall and 4-10 in PAC play. They will take on Geneva on April 22nd at 3:30 and 5:30pm.
