Box Score 2 PITTSBURGH PA - The Cougars took on the Waynesburg Yellow Jackets in a PAC double header.
The Cougs fell in game one, 8-1.
Chelsea Stabile led the Chatham offense going 2/3 at the plate with a double and scored the only Cougar run.
Anna Borst went 1/3 and
Olivia Harris finished 1/2 at the plate.
Victoria Murren (5-9) went 3.1 innings on the bump. She let up 4 runs off 5 hits and collected 6 strikeouts.
Sheaden Berkson then came in and threw 2.2 innings, giving up 4 runs on 5 hits as well.
The Cougars bounced back in game two, winning 6-1.
Josie Underdonk went 3/4 with a double and 1 run scored.
Hannah Chenault also hit a double, going 2/3 at the plate.
Chelsea Stabile and
Kyla Milne both went 2/4, scoring a run each. Underdonk went all 7 innings, letting up only 1 run on 7 hits.
The Cougars (11-21 Overall, 3-9 PAC) will take on Saint Vincent on Tuesday, April 15 at 6:30 and 8:30pm.
