TRAFFORD, Pa. - On Monday, the Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) released its weekly award winners for Week 3 of the 2025 Women's Basketball season.

Chatham senior forward Alyssa Laukus earned PAC Player of the Week honors after dropping 21 points along with 9 rebounds, 4 assists and 5 steals across 20 minutes in the Cougars' 97-58 triumph over Pitt-Greensburg on Tuesday. The Norwin graduate was 7-9 from the floor for the game and knocked down all 7 of her attempts from the charity stripe.
 
The victory improved Chatham's record to 5-1 on the season. Through the first six games, Laukus has averaged 3.3 steals per contest (3rd in PAC) and 1.5 blocks per game (4th in PAC). The Cougars currently lead the conference in team defense, allowing their opponents just 49.5 points on average.

Laukus and the Cougars host Penn State Behrend tomorrow evening at 6 p.m.
