PITTSBURGH - Chatham Vice President of Athletics and Recreation
Leonard Trevino has named Mike Marsili the new Head Softball Coach.
Marsili joins Chatham after coaching at his alma mater Penn State New Kensington of the United States Collegiate Athletic Association (USCAA) for 14 seasons. During his time with the Nittany Lions, Marsili guided his team to USCAA nationals in both 2023 and 2024 and was named PSUAC Coach of the Year in 2023.
In 2000, Marsili created, developed and coached the Kiski Valley Storm travel softball team, which he oversaw until 2007.
"I am excited that Coach Marsili is on board," said Trevino. "As a veteran coach, I feel he can move our program forward."
