Cougars Stung By The Yellow Jackets; 84-64

Box Score WAYNESBURG, PA - JANUARY 16th, 2016 -- The Chatham University Women's Basketball team traveled to Waynesburg University this afternoon to take on the Yellow Jackets in a Presidents' Athletic Conference game at 1:30 PM. Chatham only trailed by 7 at the half, however the Yellow Jackets would score 52 second half points, and defeat the Cougars  by a final score of 84-64. Chatham is now 6-9 overall, and 2-6 in the PAC.

Three Cougars would finish the game in double figures this afternoon. Sophomore Guard Megan Sieg (Pittsburgh, Pa / Serra Catholic) finished with 13 points to lead the way for Chatham. Senior Rachel McClain (Hollidaysburg, Pa / Hollidaysburg) and younger sister Ashley McClain (Hollidaysburg, Pa / Hollidaysburg) would each add in 12 points respectively.

The Chatham University Women's Basketball team will be back in action this Wednesday, January 20th, when they travel to take on Presidents' Athletic Conference opponent and #1 ranked, Thomas More. Tip off is set for 5:30 p.m.
