Box Score BEAVER FALLS, PA – The Chatham University Basketball team fell to Geneva College on Saturday, 76-69.  The Cougars fall to 3-16 overall, while Geneva climbs to 3-15.  Both squads now sit at 2-10 in Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) play.
 
Emily Schmidt and Jessica Manfredi each scored 17 points for Chatham.  Schmidt shot 6-9 from the floor and 5-5 from the free throw line, while Manfredi drained five three pointers.  Jesse Hinkle recorded her fourth consecutive double-double with 11 points and 11 rebounds.
 
Kayla Saylor had a team-high five assists.  Chatham recorded 18 assists on 23 made field goals.  Chatham shot 23-57 (40.4%) from the floor for the game. 
 
Heidi Mann led Geneva with 22 points on 8-11 shooting.  Nicole Hyland scored 14, Marissa Heaney tallied 11, and Miranda Heaney scored 10 for the Golden Tornadoes.  Geneva shot 30-54 (55.6%) from the floor.
 
Geneva tallied 46 points in the paint to Chatham's 22.  Chatham recorded 19 bench points, while Geneva's subs scored 21.
 
Chatham continues PAC play on Wednesday, February 5 against Grove City College.  Tip-off in the Athletic & Fitness Center is set for 7:00pm.
