Chatham Soccer Blanked by Bethany

Box Score PITTSBURGH, PA – McKenna Junkin scored a pair of goals for Bethany College as the Bison defeated Chatham University 2-0 in soccer action on Saturday. Chatham falls to 1-12 overall on the season and 0-5 in Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) play. Bethany moves to 3-12 overall and 1-4 in the PAC.

Skylar Benjamin and Lindsey Matusak each recorded three shots for the Cougars, while Becca Pell and Ashley Lamb each tallied one. Liz Sawyer made six saves in net.

Junkin led Bethany with five shots. Goalkeeper Cheyann McQuain stopped all five shots she faced.

Chatham returns to action on Wednesday, October 23rd, when they travel to PAC foe Grove City College for a 4:00pm kickoff.
