Chatham Soccer Defeated by Waynesburg

Box Score PITTSBURGH, PA – Six different players recorded a shot for Chatham, but the Cougars soccer team fell to Waynesburg University on Wednesday, 3-0. Chatham dips to 1-9 on the season, and 0-2 in Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) play. Waynesburg moves to 4-6 overall (1-1 PAC).

Skylar Benjamin was the lone Chatham player to record two shots. Carolyn Bristow, Becca Pell, Jessica Manfredi, Ashley Lamb, and Lindsey Matusak each had one. Liz Sawyer made six saves in net.

For the Yellow Jackets, Susie Godwin, Natalie Abraham, and Erica Nordlund each scored goals.

Chatham is on the road this Saturday, October 12, when they travel to PAC opponent Thomas More College. Kick-off is set for 12:00pm.
