Why D3:
I chose d3 because it offers the perfect balance of time for schoolwork and time for the sport as well. The tightness of the team and the support from the team on one another was also such a big thing in my decision. D3 is also not as big as the D1 campuses, and I love that because a smaller campus with not as much noise and everything is what I was looking for in my search. It is also so much easier to create relationships with the professors, and the professors are also very great with working around your sport and still finding ways to help all of us out which really caught my attention in my search.
What do you enjoy most about D3 athletics:
What I enjoy most about D3 is that you have time for everything, whether that be going to the gym, going to study, hanging out with friends, and eating. I enjoy being able to see my teammates very often whether that be in classes or just anywhere on campus. I also love how close of a relationship I built with the athletic trainers going in every day and seeing them before and after practices and games. Another thing I love about D3 is the support that one team shows for another, like different teams going out and supporting other teams makes the school feel like one big family.
