Track & Field at Carnegie Mellon Invitational

PITTSBURGH PA - The Chatham Outdoor Track & Field teams were at the Carnegie Mellon Invitational from March 28-29.

Aurielle Brunner once again led the Cougars, placing 1st in the Long (5.71m) and Triple Jump (11.71m). Brunner also placed 10th in the 100mH (16.07) and 17th in the 200m (26.04). Along with Brunner, Kayla Johnson placed high among the Cougs, finishing 8th in Discuss (37.65m). Elizabeth Martz came in 14th in Javelin (30.19m), Virginia Malkin placed 23rd in the 400.H (1:17.07), Demetrius Boradnax finished 26th in the 400m (52.43) and Kendall Sirignano placed 31st in the 400m (1:05.11).

The Track & Field teams will be back in action on Saturday, April 5th at Slippery Rock University with a start time of 7am.
