PITTSBURGH - On August 15-18, Chatham Squash's
Sofia Pinto competed in the National Interleagues Squash Tournament in Armenia, Colombia, where she earned a silver medal in the women's teams category and fifth place in the singles category.
The National Interleagues Squash Tournament  is a qualifier for the major tournament in Colombia that happens every 4 years called Juegos Nacionales, meaning "National Games".
"This tournament is one of the most important every year, the best players of every league in Colombia represent their Departments, competing to be the best in the country," Pinto said.
Pint played as racquet number three representing her department Cundinamarca and won all her matches to get to the competition's final.
