CARLISLE, Pa. – Chatham Men's Squash won their opening match for the sixth consecutive season on Friday night, while Women's Squash was defeated by Dickinson College in their opener.
Men's Squash (1-0) got in the win column with a resounding 8-1 victory over Dickinson. Eight Cougars swept their matches: senior

Obed Roman Garcia (11-6, 11-7, 11-7) all won 3-0 to begin the season.
The women's team (0-1) dropped their match by a 6-2 scoreline. Junior
Vasundhra Vasanthan swept her opponent (11-7, 11-8, 11-9) in the three-seed matchup. Sophomore
Clara Braga earned the other win on the women's side, defeating her opponent 3-1 (11-6, 11-8, 9-11, 11-8).
Both teams will get back to work early tomorrow with matches against Franklin & Marshall at 10 a.m. and Haverford at 2:30 p.m. in Philadelphia.
