PITTSBURGH, Pa. - February 18, 2023 - Chatham Men's Hockey hosted Nazareth tonight in their final game of the regular season. Nazareth would go on to win 7-1.
Chatham's goal was scored by senior Kenneth Gill in the third period, and was assisted by first-year defenseman Brendan Pomerantz. Gill, Pomerantz, junior Chris Dusek, and senior Matt Mood all finished +1.
In goal, first-year Nick Bernstein made 11 saves. Senior Ricardo Gonzalez and sophomore Thomson Phinney made nine each.
The Cougars finish their season 11-6-3 in conference and 14-8-3 overall. With their 34 points on the season, they are seeded sixth in the UCHC Playoffs and will play the #3 Stevenson Mustangs in the quarterfinal round.
