PITTSBURGH, Pa. - October 11, 2023 - Just one month after competing with Guam's U23 national team for the AFC U23 Asian Cup, Chatham Men's Soccer senior
Anthony Quidachay has been called up to Guam's senior national team to compete in the FIFA World Cup 26™ and AFC Asian Cup Saudi Arabia 2027™ Joint Preliminary Qualification Round 1.
In the first round, Quidachay and Guam will play two legs against Singapore, with the away leg coming on Oct. 12 at the National Stadium in Singapore and the home leg on Oct. 17 at the Guam Football Association National Training Center.
The winner of the Guam-Singapore fixtures will advance to Group C of Round 2 of the Asian Qualifiers. Korea Republic, China PR, and Thailand make up the rest of Group C, as round 2 matches will begin in November. Click

Quidachay, Chatham Men's Soccer's captain, is among nine first-time call-ups on Guam's senior team for the qualiying matches. Quidachay made two starts on defense for the U23 team at the AFC U23 Asain Cup in early September.
