NEW CONCORD, Ohio - January 14, 2023 - Chatham Indoor Track and Field competed for the first time in 2023 at Muskingum University in Ohio on Saturday. The Cougars competed against seven other schools, including fellow PAC members W&J and Geneva.
Sophomore
Clare Erwin had a stellar day, finishing first in the women's 1000m with a time of 3:13.72 and third in the women's 3000m with the 10:31.58. Both times were new career bests for Erwin.
Senior
Brandon Romell earned two personal bests of his own, with a time of 2:54.73 in the men's 1000m, good for a fifth place finish, and a time of 4:58.37 in the men's mile.
Senior
Bryce Meriweather placed third in the men's 400m with a personal best time of 55.51.
Sophomore
Kendall Sirignano earned a top five finish of her own, placing fifth in the women's 400m.
Indoor Track & Field is back at Muskingum University for another meet next Saturday.
