NEW WILMINGTON, Pa. – March 30, 2022 – The Chatham University baseball team kept the Titan bats silent until the sixth inning, when Westminster took the lead and claimed victory Wednesday afternoon 3-0. Chatham's record falls to 6-9 overall and 0-5 in PAC play.

Quinn Burke, each being singles. The final two hits led off the fifth inning, but the Cougars left them both stranded on first and second.
Chatham was held without a hit in the final four innings. In the process, Westminster scored once in the sixth and a pair in the seventh to put the game to bed officially.
As for the pitching, sophomore
Dominic Costellic started and threw 3.2 scoreless innings, striking out four in the process. First-year
Drew Schreck followed and took the loss after going 2.2 innings. Classmate
Kole Mayle finished the final 1.2 innings, retiring all five batters he faced via pitching to contact.
The Cougars begin a weekend series on Saturday, April 2 with a 1:00 nine-inning game at Saint Vincent.
