Pittsburgh, Pa. – (11/22/2014) –  Chatham Swimming and Diving competed at home today against Westminster College, the Cougars would fall 119-166.
 
Chatham excelled in four individual races today when first year Katie Lee (Leesburg, Va.) won the 100-meter backstroke and Sophomore Elina Lankinen (Espoo, Finland) won the 200-meter breaststroke. Both Lee and Lankinen had season best swims in those events.
 
Junior  Alexis Rectenwald won the 1 meter and 3 meter dives today for the Cougars. Lee and sophomore Theresa Schrider (Frederick, Md.) finished with a season best swim in the 200 meter Medley Relay against the Titans.
 
First year Anna Wolhaupter was touched out in both the 50 meter and 100 meter free, finishing second in both events. 
 
"The score does not indicate our individual success in today's meet. We had a lot of season best swims, and we will take the next two weeks to prepare for our focal meet of this semester, at The College of Wooster Invitational." said Third-Year Head Coach Christina "Tilly" Sheets.
 
Chatham Swimming and Diving will travel to the College of Wooster for the three-day Invitational beginning on Thursday December 4th  at 10:00 a.m. and will compete again that day at 5:00 p.m.
