Pittsbugh, PA - The Cougars fall short to the Penn College Wildcats, now making the Cougars 0-2-1.
The Cougars battled against the Wildcats, having 7 shots, with 3 of those on goal. Junior, goalie Kyanni Escudero having 3 saves. In the first half, neither team allowed a goal, but the Wildcats took control in the second, putting away two goals.
The Wildcats scored one goal before the rain delay, and added another once play resumed. A foul was committed in the box, resulting in a penalty kick for their second goal. Unfortunately, the Cougars were unable to come back making the final score 2-0.
The Cougars will travel to Muskingum to take on the the Fighting Muskies on Saturday at 1PM.
