Pinkett Earns Fourth PAC Player of the Week Award

TRAFFORD, Pa. - On Monday, the Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) released its weekly award winners for Week 15 of the 2025-26 Men's Basketball season.

Chatham senior guard Diaun Pinkett earned his fourth PAC Player of the Week honor of the season after averaging 26 points, 12 rebounds and 4.5 assists, leading the Cougars to two important victories that allowed them to clinch a share of the PAC regular season championship and the #2 seed in the PAC South.
 
Pinkett had a massive game on Wednesday at Waynesburg, scoring a game-high 26 points on 12-18 shooting while additionally tallying 6 assists, 3 steals and a block in the 85-69 victory. By pulling down 13 rebounds in the contest, the McKees Rocks native broke the Chatham record for career rebounds with his 577th. Then on his senior day in an 83-74 win Saturday against Saint Vincent, Pinkett again scored a game-high 26 points via an 8-14 shooting performance and recorded a double-double with 11 boards and 3 assists.
 
The Montour product ranks fifth in the conference in scoring, raising his average to 17.5 points per game in 2025-26. Pinkett is also third in the PAC in field goal percentage (52.9%), fifth in rebounding (7.3 RPG), third in assists (3.8 APG) and second in steals (2.3 SPG).
 
Pinkett and Chatham will begin their quest for back-to-back PAC Championships when they host Grove City in the PAC Quarterfinal on Tuesday at 7 p.m.
