TRAFFORD, Pa. - On Monday, the Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) released its weekly award winners for Week 11 of the 2025-26 Men's Basketball season.
Chatham senior guard
Diaun Pinkett earned his second consecutive PAC Player of the Week award after averaging 22.5 points, 8 rebounds and 3 assists, leading the Cougars to their 6th and 7th consecutive victories.
Pinkett recorded a double-double in Chatham's first game of the week, scoring 26 points while shooting 10-18 from the field and adding 13 rebounds, 4 assists and a block in the Cougars' win over Franciscan. Then on Saturday at Hiram, the Montour product tallied 19 points including the game-winning three-point basket in Chatham's triumph over the Terriers. Pinkett knocked down 3 of his 5 three-point attempts in the contest, additionally grabbing 3 boards and dishing out 2 assists while not turning the ball over.
The senior ranks fifth in the conference in scoring, raising his average to 17 points per game through 16 games in 2025-26. Pinkett is also fourth in the PAC in field goal percentage (52.7%), fifth in rebounding (7.3 RPG) and sixth in assists (3.2 APG). The Cougars currently lead the PAC South with a 7-1 record.
Pinkett and Chatham will host Washington & Jefferson on Wednesday in a 7 p.m. rematch of the 2024-25 PAC Championship Game.
