TRAFFORD, PA - On Monday, the Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) released their award winners for the men's swimming & diving week of January 5-11. Included in the group of players recognized was freshman swimmer Cougar
John Mitchell.
Mitchell finished second in the 200-yard backstroke in a meet against W&J with a time of 2:41.24. He also finished fourth in the 200-yard freestyle with a time of 2:23.64 and was also a part of the 200-yard free relay team that finished second with a time of 1:46.85.
The Cougars are back in action this Saturday, January 17th, when they head to Hiram, OH to take on the Hiram College Terriers at 1PM for another PAC meet.
