Brunner Qualifies for NCAA Outdoor Championships in Three Events

PITTSBURGH – On Friday, the NCAA officially released its list of qualifiers for the 2025 Division III Outdoor Track & Field Championships.

Among the qualifiers is Chatham's Aurielle Brunner, who has qualified for three events: long jump, triple jump and heptathlon.

Brunner ranks in the top seven in the country in each of her three qualifying events. She sits at third nationally in the long jump (6.07 meters), fifth in heptathlon (4,947 points) and seventh in the triple jump (12.13 meters).

A seven-time All-American, Brunner will look to continue her legacy as the most decorated athlete in Chatham history. She most recently racked up two All-America finishes at the NCAA Indoor Track & Field Championships, including a national runner-up finish in the long jump.

The Division III Outdoor Track & Field Championships will take place May 22-24 at the SPIRE Institute in Geneva, Ohio. The women's long jump is scheduled for 5:30 p.m. on Thursday the 22nd, while the women's triple jump is set for Saturday at 1:45 p.m. The women's heptathlon will begin on Thursday at 12:30 p.m. and stretch until Friday afternoon.
