Track & Field at Slippery Rock

PITTSBURGH PA - The Chatham Track & Field team traveled to Slippery Rock University for a meet on Saturday, April 5.

Elizabeth Martz finished the highest of any Cougar, coming in 7th in Discuss, as well as 18th in Javelin Throw. Along with her was Jessica Ross who came in 21st in Pole Vault. Najiyah Smith finished 24th in High Jump and 20th in Triple Jump. Virginia Malkin ended at 25th in 400mH and 55th in 200m. Virginia Malkin finished 25th in 400mH, 55th in 200m and Aubree Tack finished 38th in Long Jump to round out the women's team. For the men's, Benjamin Brown finished 14th in the 10000m
with Demetrius Broadnax coming in 23rd in the 400m, 28th in the 200m.

The Chatham Track & Field team will be back in action on April 10 - April 11 at the River Hawk Multi Meet in Selinsgrove, PA.
