GREENVILLE, Pa. – Chatham Men's Volleyball (3-7, 0-2 PAC) dropped their road match on Saturday against Thiel (9-6, 3-0) in straight sets (25-23, 25-16, 25-20).
Jake Dies led the way for the Tomcats, registering a match high 12 kills on .647 hitting, 7 digs and 4 blocks. Ezra Osterling recorded 8 kills for Thiel. Kaleb Proudfoot had a match high 5 blocks along with 5 kills for the Tomcats, who had a hitting percentage of .288 in the match. Will Zimmerman had a match high 3 aces, and Ben Lowell was the match's assist leader with 31.
Benjamin Shelestak finished the match with 8 kills and an ace for the Cougars.
Logan Pack recorded 8 kills and 3 blocks, and
Tim McCabe had 8 kills along with 4 digs for Chatham.
RJ Nagg tallied 21 assists.
Luke Hoolahan and
John Gasiorowski both contributed 5 digs for the Cougars.
Chatham will travel to Beaver Falls on Wednesday for a match with Geneva beginning at 7 p.m.
