The Panthers took an 18-13 advantage just over five minutes into the game. Chatham would go on to score 52 points in the remaining 15 minutes of the half.  A 23-2 Cougar scoring run highlighted by 7 points from Vizenor broke the game open. A 12-3 run later in the half put Chatham ahead 53-29. Pitt Bradford would have no response for the Cougars' offense, which closed the half with 6 six straight points on Layups from Xavier, Fulmer and Zach Genther.

Chatham kept its foot on the gas pedal in the early stages of the second half, extending its advantage to 93-55 following back-to-back triples from Vizenor and Fulmer as well as three straight Pinkett layups. The Cougars crossed the 100-point threshold when Genther's layup made the score 101-70 with just over six minutes remaining. Seth Sager scored 5 points in the final four minutes of the game, and Brody Barber closed out the 24-point win with the first bucket of his Chatham career.
