PITTSBURGH, PA - It was a tough night for the Chatham men's soccer soccer (3-8-5, 1-3-4 PAC) as they were taken down by he Grove City College Wolverines (10-2-2, 7-0-1 PAC).
It was two very even halves with only a goal coming in each allowing the Wolverines to win over the Cougars. It would be the offensive eight-to-one shots on goal difference that helped the Wolverines with that edge.
Leading the Cougars offense was sophomore
Christopher Colonna who had the lone shot on goal tonight. Additional shots came from sophomore
Bennett Haas, sophomore
Charlie Ayers, and freshman
Josiah Lewis. Junior goalkeeper
Maxwell Cottrill would return tonight for the Cougars and make six saves in the back line.
The Cougars will be back in action this Wednesday, October 22nd, when they take on the Geneva College Golden Tornadoes at 7:30 PM.
