Zeli Rodriguez triple with 1:23 left. Chatham would go into halftime leading 32-29.
The Bison got the first basket of the second half, but the Cougars answered with an 11-0 run to take a 12-point lead and pull away. Another run of 11-2, featuring a three from Rodriguez and two from Louden, put Chatham up by nearly 20. In the fourth quarter, the Cougars reached their largest lead at 25 points, which ended up being the margin of victory,
Chatham shot 37.3% (28-75) from the field and 32.4% (11-34) from beyond the arc. The Cougars forced 31 Bethany turnovers, which is a season-high for Chatham opponents. The Cougars also dominated the rebound battle 46-29.
