PITTSBURGH – Chatham Women's Soccer (2-2-0) lost by the score of 2-0 to the visiting Baldwin Wallace Yellow Jackets (3-1-0) on Saturday at UPMC Graham Field.
After a scoreless first half, the Yellow Jackets took the lead early in the second half with a goal on a corner in the 48
th minute, then increased that lead to 2-0 in the 67
th minute with a score off a rebound.
Kyanni Escudero made eight save in net, and
Elizabeth Gallup led Chatham with three shots on goal. In total, the Cougars tallied six shots on goal to Baldwin Wallace's 10. Corner kicks were 6-4 in favor of the Yellow Jackets.
Women's Soccer is back in action on Wednesday at Carlow.
