PITTSBURGH, Pa. - Chatham took on Mount Union in their third game of the season tonight and fought hard but were unable to get the offense rolling. 

Throughout the first half, both teams were even matched with neither side being able to find a goal. The game would go on scoreless until the closing minutes when Mount Union found a way through the Chatham defense. 

In the 79' minute, Mount Union forward Jillian Pidgeon found the back of the net after a pass from Lauren Bailey found it's way to her feet. The game would end 1-0 but not before one last Chatham opportunity in the form of a corner. 

The Cougars will be back in action on Saturday September 7 at 1:00pm as they take on Baldwin Wallace.
