TRAFFORD, Pa. - February 29, 2024 -  On Friday afternoon, the Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) released the ALL-PAC teams for the 2023-24 Swimming and Diving seasons. 

Junior Ali Cowan finished off her impressive season with First Team ALL-PAC honors. Cowan had four silver medals through her first two years at Chatham. She snapped that goldless streak as she took home the gold medal in the 1M diving and silver in the 3M diving during the PAC Championships two weeks ago.  The lone diver for the Cougars, Cowan was the first Chatham Cougar to finish first place in a Championship event since Senior Karl Gangloff did so back in 2022. 

Cowan was just edged out by Grove City diver Kamryn Kerr for Diver of the Year in the PAC. Kerr placed second in the 1M diving where Cowan won, and Kerr finished first in the 3M diving where Cowan placed second. 

Sophomore Brady Gardner and Freshman Jocalyn Henry were named to the 2023-24 PAC Men's and Women's Swimming & Diving Sportsmanship Team.
