PITTSBURGH, Pa. - February 10, 2024 - Chatham Men's Basketball (16-8, 14-5) celebrated Senior Day with a 87-65 win over the Waynesburg Yellow Jackets (12-11, 9-9) on Saturday at the Athletic and Fitness Center. Senior

Senior
Simon Boyer led the game with 25 points on 9-15 shooting, including 7-10 from downtown. Sophomore
Diaun Pinkett tallied 19 points on 6-8 shooting and grabbed five rebounds. Graduate student
Elijah Sutton had 17 points on 8-12 shooting. Junior
Blaine Gartley led the game in rebounds (7) and steals (3) to go along with five points.
Senior
Luca Robinson got things started early with five points in the first five minutes to help Chatham to an 11-6 lead. Waynesburg pulled within one before a Pinkett layup and a Boyer three grew the lead back to six. Boyer hit another triple to start an extended 28-14 Cougar run that included nine straight points from Pinkett. Chatham went into halftime leading by 18.
Five more points from Pinkett kicked off the second half, but the Jackets answered with a 13-6 run to cut the lead to 60-44 with 11:53 left. Pinkett then converted on an and-one to start a 21-9 Chatham stretch that saw Boyer connect on three three-pointers and give the Cougars its largest lead of the day at 28.
Chatham shot 53.2% (33-62) from the floor and 52.2% (12-23) from deep. The Cougars have now won by 22 in back to back contests.
Men's Basketball will finish the regular season next Saturday at Grove City before turning their attention to the PAC Championship Tournament.
