Swimming and Dive at W&J

PITTSBURGH PA - The Men's and Women's Swimming and Diving teams took on Washington and Jefferson in their fourth meet of the year.

For the Women's team, Alayna Kercher and Hannah Uhrinek took home three individual wins apiece. Kercher, in the 200/500/1000 Freestyle and Uhrinek in the 100 Freestyle and the 100/200 Butterfly. Uhrinek maintained her placing as the top ranked 100/200 butterflier in the PAC, as well. Ali Cowan continued her dominance on the 1 meter diving board winning both her events.

On the Men's side of things, Junior Brady Gardner earned his first individual win and first year Cal Hockman broke Avery Filey's school record in the 50 yard Backstroke during the 200 medley relay.

The Swim and Dive Teams will be back in action on Saturday, November 9th against West Virginia Wesleyan with a start time of 1pm.
