New Castle, Pa. - On Saturday the Cougars traveled to New Castle for the PAC Championship meet where both the men's and women's teams finished 8th.
The top finisher on the men's side was
Kenny Battistelli with a time of 28:53.01, that put him 50th on the day. The women's top runner was
Kendall Sirignano who finished in 26:45.3. She was scored in 56th place. They helped both teams finish 8th in the team scores. Other finishers inside the top 80 for the women's team were
Piper Young (69th), Virginai Malkin (71st),
Molly Standing (76th) and
Adrian David (77th). Also finishing inside the top 80 for the men's team were
E Kelley (75th) ad Benjamin Brown (80th).
The Cougars will be back in action for the NCAA Regional Championship on November 16th with a start time of 11 AM.
