Cougars Compete in the Carnegie Mellon Invitational


Pittsburgh, Penn. - On Saturday the Cougars competed in the Carnegie Mellon Invitational where the men's team finished 13th of 15 teams and the women's team finished 15th of 15 teams. The top finishers for the Cougars was Kenny Battistelli who finished 79th with a time of 28:58.1 and Piper Young who finished 93rd with a time of 23:03.1. Also running for the Cougars were Benjamin Brown (105th), E Kelley (108th), Demetrius Brodnax (121st) and Killian Brown (127th). Other runners for the women's team were Virginia Malkin (94th), Adrian David (102nd), Abigail Joyce (104th) and Molly Green (107th). The Cougars will be back in action on November 2nd at the PAC Championship meet with an expected start time of 11:00.
