PITTSBURGH PA - It was a tense match up for the Cougars today as they took on the Saint Vincent Bearcats in an exciting game.

The action started late in the game as both sides couldn't find a break. It wasn't until late in the second half when Saint Vincent finally found the back of the net. Tanisha Grewal would be the goal scorer, coming in the 72' minute. 

Saint Vincent would not hold the lead for long, however, as Jorjanne Seaman scores the equalizer only a minute later. 

With the game looking like a 1-1 draw would be the final, it was Halle Marsalis who would step up and be the hero of the game. Marsalis, with a fantastic individual effort manages to dribble through the Bearcat back line and just get enough on the shot to seal the deal for the cougars. Marsalis' goal would come at the 81' minute and the match would end with Chatham on top, 2-1.

The Women's Soccer team will be back in action for their final regular season game on Tuesday, October 29 against Fredonia with kickoff set for 5pm.
