PITTSBURGH PA - The Cougars faced off against the Presidents this afternoon in Washington, PA and came out with a huge PAC win.
The two sides were evenly matched until late in the second half.
Azavier Coppin would score a tap in goal at the 66' minute, thanks to an assist from
Luke Matzelle, opening the scoring and giving the Cougars the lead 1-0.
With the minutes winding down, the Cougars got their go ahead goal from Coppin who recovered from goalkeeper Graeme Ewart's tackle, and nets his second of the game in the 86' minute.
The Cougars would finish the match 2-0 over the Presidents and are now 3-1-2 in the PAC.
The Cougars will face off against Waynesburg on Wednesday, October 16 with kickoff set for 5pm.
