PHILADELPHIA, Pa. - February 18, 2023 - Chatham Women's Squash lost 5-4 to Georgetown on Saturday morning at the CSA Nationals to the University of Pennsylvania. The six-seeded Cougars lost to the two-seeded Hoyas after upsetting the three-seeded Franklin and Marshall Diplomats yesterday.
The Cougars got wins from
Valentina Della Maddalena,
Vasundhra Vasanthan,
Sofia Ramos Fortanelli and
Basmala Syed Aref, including 3-0 wins from Vasanthan and Ramos Fortanelli.
Women's Squash will take on Weslyan University tomorrow in the third-place game at 8:30 AM to finish the weekend in Philadelphia.
