HERSHEY, Pa. - January 21, 2023 - Chatham Women's Hockey played game two against Lebanon Valley today at Hersheypark Arena. Despite a 2-1 victory yesterday, the Dutchmen came back with a vengeance to take today's contest by a score of 4-1.

Lebanon Valley struck first at the halfway point in the first period, but would not get away from the period unscathed. Junior Cameron Carmody found the back of the net with less than thirty seconds left in the period, thanks to an assist from sophomore Samantha Barrett.

The Dutchmen would go on to score three unanswered goals, two in the second and one power-play goal in the third.

Carmody went 11-22 on face-offs, followed by senior Brooke Almond who finished 8-13.

Graduate student Ashley Marchant tallied three blocks in front of goaltender Lilly Rogers. The junior made 25 saves in the loss.

The Cougars return home for their next pair of contests against Alvernia University next Friday and Saturday, January 27 and 28 at the Hunt Armory. The team will also be hosting its Alumni Celebration as they strive for a weekend sweep over the Golden Wolves.
