PITTSBURGH, Pa. - September 24, 2022 - Chatham Women's Soccer finished with a 3-3 draw with Waynesburg Saturday afternoon at UPMC Graham Field. The Cougars are now 4-2-2 on the season with the draw and 0-0-2 in PAC play.
Chatham dominated the game in offensive output with a 10-6 advantage in shots on goal and a 13-2 advantage in corner kicks.
Sophomore midfielder
Ava Krepp opened the scoring in the 58th minute on an assist from graduate forward
Morgan Anderson.
After an answer from Waynesburg, freshman forward
Ainsley Smith scored in the 69th minute to regain the Cougar lead.
Waynesburg tied things up once more before senior midfielder
Emily Harvey gave the Cougars yet another lead, with Anderson tallying her second assist of the match.
Prior to today's match, the 2021 PAC Champion Chatham Women's Soccer team received held their championship ring ceremony.
Women's Soccer is back in action Wednesday evening at Washington & Jefferson.
