CRESSON, Pa. - September 14, 2022 - Chatham Women's Soccer earned a 3-1 road victory against Mount Aloysius Wednesday night. The Cougars are now 4-1 on the season with the win.

The Cougars dominated the offensive attack, with 16 shots on goal compared to just two for the Mounties. In addition, Chatham took 13 corners with Mount Aloysius taking just two.

Graduate forward Morgan Anderson recorded the third hat trick of her career and her second in the last three contests. She now has seven goals on the season.

Anderson scored the first two goals of the match, in the 22nd and 41st minutes.

Senior midfielder Olivia Wood scored her second goal of the year in the 63rd minute to increase the Chatham lead to 3-0. The score was assisted by freshman forward Ainsley Smith.

Anderson then capped off the scoring in the 90th minute to put the finishing touches on the win.

The Cougars hit the field again Saturday afternoon at UPMC Graham Field when they take on Mount Union.
